There are two ways a customer can access their order download page:

Payment Confirmation/Completion Page
After payment is made by a customer, they will be presented with a payment confirmation screen. On this screen, there will be a link to access the download page.

Downlaod Email
After a payment is made by the customer, and email is sent to them instantly to the email address they used during the checkout process. This email will contain the location of the download page.
